Policies:: Deposit: Here at House of La’Cire, we require guests to place a deposit during the time of booking. The deposit is a retainer fee and shall be subtracted from your remaining balance at the end of the appointment. Deposits are not refundable. Cancellation: Life happens! Here at House of La’Cire, we ask that guests cancel their appointment 8hrs prior to the scheduled service time. Clients who do not, will have their deposit forfeited and the remaining service balance will be charged. Late: Running behind? Here at House of La’Cire we give our guests a 10 minute grace period. Guests running more than 10 minutes behind may be subject to the Cancellation Policy. No Call/ No Show: Here at House of La’Cire, we respect you and our technicians time. As such, guests that No Call/ No Show will be charged the full price of service. If the full service price cannot be charged, then guests will be banned from future booking. Guests: At this time, House of La’Cire requests that no additional guests are present during the service unless they are a minor accompanied by a parent/guardian. *Minors: House of La’Cire will not service any minor under the age of 16. Minor guests are also ineligible for Brazilian, Bikinis, & Vajacial services. All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. * The Skin:: Prep for your Service: House of La’Cire requires that all guests thoroughly clean the area that will be serviced 2 hours prior to the appointment. Guests who do not will be denied service. At House of La’Cire, we know one of the most difficult things to navigate as a woman are periods. To ensure total comfortability and safety during service for the guest and our technician, we ask that guests wear a fresh tampon or a cup. Retinols/ Accutane: Guests who are or have been on Retinols, Accutane, or any other medication that may thin the skin must have stopped using said products for at least a month before being serviced. *Cancer patients are currently ineligible for servicing at this time* Take a Pic:: Here at House of La’Cire, we love when our guests feel confident after an appointment to take a freshly waxed pic! We do ask that guest do not film any content during our Brazilian, Bikini, or Vajacial services. Loyalty:: Let us treat you! Here at House of La’Cire, our guests will be automatically enrolled in our loyalty program. On guest’s 4th visit, they are eligible to receive one of these services for FREE: Lip, Cheek, Underarm, or Chin.
